In the wedding function, photography is a big challenge for a photographer due to Lighting. Because wedding function is occurred at one place use the different places for a different kind of traditional ceremony according to the culture. Sometimes the ceremony starts in the big hall and ends in outdoor places. In this, all situation control the lighting effect during photography so difficult task. Because If the wedding all function occurred in one roof then it is easy for the photographer to set the umbrella light with stand for the photography. But unfortunately, this is not possible the reason is people unlimited wishes.
Wedding Location
First, I am suggesting you to personally visit the place or site where the wedding ceremony happened before the wedding day. Check all kind of suitable places for your lighting speed gear up the setup. It is great to help on the wedding day. In this visit, you know about the weather location and available facility there. That is helpful on the wedding day for the best photo shoot. If the weather is mostly sunny not rainy you choose the outdoor beauty place for a family photo with natural lights. Natural lights always a great effect on your wedding or parties’ photos shooting.
Equipment and experience
Always used that equipment who have your long experience of usage. Like me, I have two-speedlights off-camera and my favorite one Flexible LED Light Pane Also. The flexible LED light pane is very easy to use and make your pictures result is awesome. Other things in my setup include 2 cheetah stand, 2 Nikon SB-700 speed lights, 2 pocket wizard flex TT5 Transceivers, two MagMod MagSpheres, one Flexmini on camera, Nikon D750 and I have also two or more powerful lens of cameras. Because According to my point of view all the thing is necessary for best photo shooting.
Two Speed Lights
You are often watching the speed lights usage during the photo shooting. Here I am telling you’re my choice. I used always two Nikon SB-900 speedlights. Now they have been updated as Nikon SB-910 speed light. Nikon updated his product time by time according to the people needs. If you have are use the Canon camera then I am recommended you Canon 600EX-RT Speedlite.
I always use two-speedlights during the photo shooting. In the start I use it in the light mood then I use it at full power mood. When I am used full power mood of both speed light my picture result is so good and excellent.
Umbrella Light
You need great light effect on umbrella light is give a great result when you shoot in your room. Always umbrella stands set up in a specific direction. Following the type of umbrella light great effect on the right and left side of umbrella light. Always purchase latest technology-based umbrella led light. That provides you a better light.
Battery Packs
I am recommended you always use highly power batteries. The batteries are fully recharged before the function. I am preferring you Nikon SD-9 battery pack and Canon CP-E4 Compact battery pack. But always use the high and lightweight fully supportable batteries compatible with speedlights.
Light Stand
Many kinds of stand available in the market to check a different kind and different brand stand are available in the market. You can also visit online for checking all kind of stand and light. I always prefer diversity for taking the best decision to choose the best lights and light stand etc.
Lens
I am always recommended high-quality special lens of a camera for a wedding photoshoot. Ima mostly used a 24-70mm zoom lens. Nikon 24-70mm f2.8G AF-S affiliate and Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L II affiliate. Both lenses are providing an awesome result. If you are not using both then you choose highly zoom camera lens. Some Lens is also available in the market that is used both kinds of cameras. But I am recommended always specific lens of a specific brand.
Distance
The distance of light stands setting and cameraman standing great matter for wedding photo shooting. The wrong distance and light stand adjustment great impact on your photo shooting. Wedding event is a very important event for the bride and groom. They want to save this moment memories through picture shooting. If you are wrong adjusting the light or light stand then you are not taking a good shot during video shooting. So, I am recommended you adjust your light stand not too much close and not too much far. It is adjusted between the stage and the cameraman. The center point where you think the best place is for setting the light stand. Mostly use the highly LED flashlight camera and umbrella with led lights.
